We noticed a slow shower drain our first day, and they came right over and fixed it. A major storm came through during our stay, and Heather checked on us a number of times to be sure we were alright. "Everything about this house was 5 stars! The host Heather was so great to work with and was extremely responsive. Prior to arrival we asked for a few amenities for our stay and everything was there and set up for our arrival. The concierge service was also great. We were able to book a few activities with such ease. The house itself was perfected , the location, the amenities, the pool and outdoor space was put to great use! This house was perfect for our family vacation!"
