Who We Are
Heather Lough began her career in the hospitality industry in New York City nearly two decades ago. Inspired by the food, culture, people and experiences, she acquired a passion and love for helping others feel as though they were “living like a local”. As one of the first Airbnb hosts to enter the platform, Heather also boasts vast experience in the luxury hospitality market having trained and worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotels.
Heather feels deeply connected to the Big Island of Hawaii where she utilizes her skills and experience to continue her passion for providing the highest level of hospitality and estate management services to an impressive collection of luxury homes.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys exploring the Big Island — both by land and by sea. She enjoys traveling, hiking, drinking wine with friends and spending time at the beach with her dog Lexi.
Ceri Whitfield has deep international experience in the luxury property management industry. With a background in luxury hospitality in her native home, London, Ceri went on to establish her own art gallery in the Caribbean Islands providing art and interior design services to luxury homeowners on the island of Nevis.
Since moving to Hawaii in 2007, Ceri has immersed herself in property management in each of the major resort communities including Hualalai, Kukio and Kohaniki as well as other private homes and estates on the Big Island.
Throughout her career, Ceri has learned the importance of strong partnerships and relationships to the delivery of service excellence. She has a reputation for demanding the best from those she works with. And, having been close to the luxury hospitality business throughout her career, she has a keen eye for detail and intimate knowledge of how to deliver to the highest standards.
As a former triathlete competing in the US, Canada and Caribbean, Ceri knows the importance of discipline and determination in accomplishing goals both personally and professionally.
Ceri is fun-loving and possesses a warm personality. She is the proud mum of three wonderful adult children and owner of two mad dogs!
