Heather Lough began her career in the hospitality industry in New York City nearly two decades ago. Inspired by the food, culture, people and experiences, she acquired a passion and love for helping others feel as though they were “living like a local”. As one of the first Airbnb hosts to enter the platform, Heather also boasts vast experience in the luxury hospitality market having trained and worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotels.
Heather  feels deeply connected to the Big Island of Hawaii where she utilizes her skills and experience  to continue her passion for providing the highest level of hospitality and estate management services to an impressive collection of luxury homes. 

In her spare time, Heather enjoys exploring the Big Island — both by land and by sea. She enjoys traveling, hiking, drinking wine with friends and spending time at the beach with her dog Lexi.
